Mixed veg (with gravy)/Veg Korma

Ingredients
- GRAVYFY– 125 gm
- Chopped Mix veggies- 500 gm
(Cauliflower, French beans, Mushroom, Green peas, Carrot, Capsicum or any other veggies of choice)
- Paneer/cottage cheese- 50 gm
- Oil- 1 Tbsp
- Butter- 1 Tbsp
- Smoothly whisked yoghurt- half cup
- Coriander for garnishing
Whole Spices
- Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
- Bay leaves- 1 pcs
- Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
- Cloves 2-3 pcs
METHOD
- Add oil in a pan and after it heats up, add all the veggies along with some salt (remember, GRAVYFY has salt too) and saute for 4-5 minutes.
- Add GRAVYFY in the same pan along with 50 ml water and paneer cubes. Gently stir.
- Cover the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with freshly cut coriander.
- Serve hot
