Mixed veg (with gravy)/Veg Korma

Ingredients

  • GRAVYFY– 125 gm
  • Chopped Mix veggies- 500 gm 

(Cauliflower, French beans, Mushroom, Green peas, Carrot, Capsicum or any other veggies of choice)

  • Paneer/cottage cheese- 50 gm
  • Oil- 1 Tbsp 
  • Butter- 1 Tbsp 
  • Smoothly whisked yoghurt- half cup
  • Coriander for garnishing

Whole Spices

  • Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
  • Bay leaves- 1 pcs
  • Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
  • Cloves 2-3 pcs

METHOD

  • Add oil in a pan and after it heats up, add all the veggies along with some salt (remember, GRAVYFY has salt too) and saute for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add GRAVYFY in the same pan along with 50 ml water and paneer cubes. Gently stir.
  • Cover the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  • Garnish with freshly cut coriander.
  • Serve hot
