Ingredients
- GRAVYFY– 125 gm
- Paneer/cottage cheese- 250 gm
- Green peas- 100 gmÂ
- Fresh cream for garnishing- 2 Tbsp (Optional)
- Coriander for garnishing
Whole Spices
- Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
- Bay leaves- 1 pcs
- Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
- Cloves 2-3 pcs
METHOD
- Add GRAVYFY in a pan along with peas and paneer cubes. Saute them for a minute or two.
- Add 350 ml of water and gently stir the mixture
- Cover the lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.(so that the spices get incorporated in the veggies)
- Garnish with freshly cut coriander.
- Serve hot
