Ingredients

  • GRAVYFY– 125 gm
  • Paneer/cottage cheese- 250 gm
  • Green peas- 100 gm 
  • Fresh cream for garnishing- 2 Tbsp (Optional)
  • Coriander for garnishing

Whole Spices

  • Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
  • Bay leaves- 1 pcs
  • Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
  • Cloves 2-3 pcs

METHOD

  • Add GRAVYFY in a pan along with peas and paneer cubes. Saute them for a minute or two.
  • Add 350 ml of water and gently stir the mixture
  • Cover the lid and let it cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.(so that the spices get incorporated in the veggies)
  • Garnish with freshly cut coriander.
  • Serve hot
