- Gravyfy- 80 gms
- Hard boiled Eggs- 4-5
- Coriander to garnish
Whole Spices
- Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
- Bay leaves- 1 pcs
- Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
- Cloves 2-3 pcs
METHOD
- Add GRAVYFY in the pan along with 250 ml water .
- The moment water starts boiling, add vertically half cut eggs.
- Let the egg curry boil for 30 seconds on slow flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves to serve hot.
