  • Gravyfy-  80 gms
  • Hard boiled Eggs- 4-5
  • Coriander to garnish

Whole Spices

  • Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
  • Bay leaves- 1 pcs
  • Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
  • Cloves 2-3 pcs

METHOD

  • Add GRAVYFY in the pan along with 250 ml water .
  • The moment water starts boiling, add vertically half cut eggs.
  • Let the egg curry boil for 30 seconds on slow flame.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves to serve hot.
