Ingredients
- Gravyfy- 125 gms
- Fish of choice- 750 gms
- Oil for frying (preferably mustard oil)
- 1 lemon for marination
Whole Spices
- Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
- Bay leaves- 1 pcs
- Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
- Cloves 2-3 pcs
METHOD
- Marinate fish pieces in salt, black pepper and lemon juice for an hour (keep in mind, GRAVYFY also has salt and spices in it)
- Shallow fry fish pieces in mustard oil.
- Makes sure both sides of fish are evenly and gently fried
- Add GRAVYFY in a saperate pan along with 250 ml water and bring it to boil .
- Add fried fish pieces.
- Let the fish curry boil for 2-3 minutes on slow flame.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves to serve hot.
