Aloo(Potato) & Soybean ki sabzi

Ingredients

  • GRAVYFY– 125 gm
  • Boiled Potatoes- 3 medium sized
  • Soyabean chunks (half or full size)- 50 gm
  • Freshly chopped coriander for garnishing

 

Whole Spices

  • Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
  • Bay leaves- 1 pcs
  • Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
  • Cloves 2-3 pcs

METHOD

  • Boil the soybean chunks in salt water until soft.
  • Squeeze out excess water from the chunks and keep it aside.
  • Add GRAVYFY in a wok. Add roughly mashed boiled potatoes along with boiled soybean chunks in the wok and saute for 1-2 minutes
  • Add 750 ml of water and bring it to boil.
  • Cover the wok and lower the flame. Let the curry cook for 5-6 minutes
  • Garnish with freshly cut coriander.
  • Serve hot
