Ingredients
- GRAVYFY– 125 gm
- Kale chane/Black chickpeas (overnight soaked)- 1 cup
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch baking soda (optional)
- Freshly chopped coriander for garnishing
Whole Spices
- Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
- Bay leaves- 1 pcs
- Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
- Cloves 2-3 pcs
METHOD
- Add the chickpeas along with a pinch of salt and baking soda (optional) in the pressure cooker and pressure cook it for 5-6 whistles.
- Add GRAVYFY in the pressure cooker. Crush 1/5th of chickpeas
- Cover the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.(adjust water and salt if necessary)
- Garnish with freshly cut coriander.
- Serve hot
