Kale chane ki sabzi (Black chickpeas curry)

Ingredients

  • GRAVYFY– 125 gm
  • Kale chane/Black chickpeas (overnight soaked)- 1 cup
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch baking soda (optional)
  • Freshly chopped coriander for garnishing

Whole Spices

  • Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
  • Bay leaves- 1 pcs
  • Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
  • Cloves 2-3 pcs

METHOD

  • Add the chickpeas along with a pinch of salt and baking soda (optional) in the pressure cooker and pressure cook it for 5-6 whistles.
  • Add GRAVYFY in the pressure cooker. Crush 1/5th of chickpeas
  • Cover the lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.(adjust water and salt if necessary)
  • Garnish with freshly cut coriander.
  • Serve hot
