Ingredients

  • Gravyfy-  125 gm
  • Peas- 100 gm
  • Mushroom- 200 gm
  • Fresh cream
  • Coriander for garnishing

 

Whole Spices

  • Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
  • Bay leaves- 1 pcs
  • Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
  • Cloves 2-3 pcs

METHOD

  • Add GRAVYFY in a pan
  • In a separate pan add 1 tbsp of oil/desi ghee and put GRAVYFY in it.
  • Put peas along with mushroom in the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 250 ml water, simmer the flame, gently stir it and cover the lid for 8-10 minutes, till the gravy thickens and peas get cooked. 
  • Garnish with freshly cut coriander.
  • Serve Hot
