Ingredients
- Gravyfy- 125 gm
- Peas- 100 gm
- Mushroom- 200 gm
- Fresh cream
- Coriander for garnishing
Whole Spices
- Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
- Bay leaves- 1 pcs
- Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
- Cloves 2-3 pcs
METHOD
- Add GRAVYFY in a pan
- In a separate pan add 1 tbsp of oil/desi ghee and put GRAVYFY in it.
- Put peas along with mushroom in the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 250 ml water, simmer the flame, gently stir it and cover the lid for 8-10 minutes, till the gravy thickens and peas get cooked.
- Garnish with freshly cut coriander.
- Serve Hot
