Ingredients

  • Gravyfy-  125 gm
  • Baby/small size boiled potato- 350 gm
  • Oil for frying- 2 tbsp
  • Smoothly whisked yoghurt- 50 gm
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Whole Spices

  • Green cardamom- 3-4 pcs
  • Bay leaves- 1 pcs
  • Cinnamon sticks- 1 small
  • Cloves 2-3 pcs

METHOD

  • Heat the oil to fry the potatoes till its crust get brown.
  • In a separate pan add GRAVYFY. Once it gets hot, add yoghurt and mix them until both gets mixed uniformly
  • Prick the potatoes with fork and add them in pan, now saute for a minute or 2.
  • Add 250 ml water, simmer the flame, gently stir it and cover the lid for 4-5 minutes, till the gravy thickens. 
  • Garnish with freshly cut coriander and fresh cream.
  • Serve Hot
